The booking of the Airbnb studio and photographer.

The Photography gear that may be used.

  • Lights, backup hard drives, SD cards, laptop, modifier etc….

  • 30 Jpeg images 8 x 10 Ratio

  • Colour and black & white duplicates

  • Small bottles of water

  • Studio duration

  • Booking in 3pm

  • Booking out 11 am next day.

Starting Price from £850 to £1100

Price various due to the day of the booking and Availability of the Studio Airbnb and season.

The photographer will be staying at the Airbnb Studio overnight so we have more time to take photos in the morning and for the security of the property.

The Studio apartment contains,

A bright lounge with huge 3m L-shaped sofa and Smart TV with two balconies.

The atmosphere and having a coffee in the morning or glass or two before your evening out. Another balcony is off the Master bedroom for taken photos,

Feel totally immersed in city centre living.

We offer early check-in if you're hoping to maximise the whole day. Extra £30

After your photo session there is plenty to do on the day or the day after before you leave.

You can't get more central than this - look up Park Row towards Millennium Square, next to the spectacular Town Hall and Art Gallery.
Look down to your right towards the statue Central Square (with relaxed outside al fresco dining), stunning Trinity shopping and the train station.. an ideal location for day & night - You're right in the heart of Leeds!

A few paces from all the city shopping & restaurants, eg Trinity is just across the road, and Briggate with Harvey Nichols etc just nearby.
Lots of gorgeous restaurants to choose from and boutique cafe's are abundant here. Great breakfasts too !
